Additionally, some of our items are produced on-demand or sourced specifically for each order, meaning they may not always be in stock or eligible for traditional returns. Because of this, we do not offer a firm return policy. However, we strive to ensure your satisfaction and will do our best to accommodate any issues or concerns you may have with your order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Eligibility:
Although we do not offer a firm return policy. As stated above, we strive to ensure your order satisfaction. Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery to be eligible for a refund.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:
o    Unused and in the same condition as you received it.
o    In its original packaging with all accessories, tags, or inserts included.
o    Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Return Process:

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.

Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.

Refunds:
At CurlingCares.com, every purchase you make supports a charitable cause because we guarantee a minimum 10% from each item’s purchase, and in many cases — like the fundraising calendar — much more, is dedicated to the item’s corresponding cause. As a result, we generally do not offer refunds, as the funds from your purchase directly contribute to the important work of the charities we partner with.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. While we do not have a standard refund policy, we are committed to ensuring that your experience with our products and services is positive. If you encounter any issues with your order, we encourage you to contact our customer support team at info@curlingcares.com right away. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and will issue refunds when we deem the situation reasonable and fair. Our goal is to make every effort to resolve any concerns you have and ensure you are satisfied with both your order and the impact it helps make.


EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@curlingcares.com.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancelling an Order
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the item has not yet been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately at info@curlingcares.com or 519.212.4121.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to cancel your order for reasons including but not limited to:
o    Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
o    Out-of-stock products
o    Incomplete or incorrect shipping information
In such cases, you will be notified.

SHIPPING FOR RETURNS
You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items received).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of high value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
